At this point, we had been on the phone for one hour and two minutes. After being on hold for more than 20 minutes, the supervisor told us they had a large volume of calls and she was still waiting to talk to a Technical Engineer, with no estimate as to how much longer we would have to wait. We were put on hold so that the Supervisor could consult their technical support engineers on this issue. Our call was then transferred to a Supervisor who also could not solve the issue. We tried it three different times, each time deleting the current guest-user access and creating a new one. My client was instructed to delete my current access and create a new one, with a new username and password. I spent one hour on the phone with a Wells Fargo Customer Service Representative and my client who has granted me this Guest-User access to her accounts. After several tries, I am then re-directed to another page that says Banking Services are Unavailable at this time. Please try again or visit Username/Password Help". When attempting to sign in, the following message appears on the Wells Fargo Banking log in screen: " We do not recognize your username and/or password. The guest-user access I've had for a couple of years for two different clients' WF accounts have stopped working last week. Don't forget, I'm always right here to get the help that you deserve.
